How do i get my prescription?

Getting your prescription could not be any easier! opticians are obligated to give you a copy of your prescription. You own it, its the law. Make sure it includes your full prescription.

What do i need to place a order?

All you need is a full prescription. The prescription must be two years in date to be valid.

How to read your prescription?

If you are struggling with reading your prescription that is no problem. You can send a picture with your order or email it later. We also offer a contact page or any of our social medias as other options to assist you further.

Why does my prescription have to be before two years?

With your eye sight constantly changing, two years is the time span that a eye test must be conducted for a up to date prescription and a general health screen of your eyes.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
